Terms and Conditions ExpoTools Rental LP, hereinafter referred to as "ExpoTools" agrees to the delivery of services to Customer as specified, in a timely and professional manner. All equipment and software remains the sole property of ExpoTools and is offered to Customer on a rental basis only.
By placing this order, downloading, purchasing or using any products produced, maintained or provided by ExpoTools LLP or its subsidiaries, resellers or subcontractors, you agree that you are 18 years or older and that we may contact you by email, phone or Fax for the purpose of offering and providing services, communicating your order information, remitting your data to you or any other purpose we feel appropriate and necessary. We do not share the contact information you provide at the time of ordering with third parties.
Advance orders must be received on or before deadlines and paid in full. Orders received after the stated deadlines will be charged at after deadline rates without exception. The date payment is received shall determine the applicable rate. All orders are subject to availability.
All stated prices are in United States dollars. Customer is responsible to pay all applicable Federal, State or Local taxes. Payment must be submitted with the order. Services will not be rendered until payment in full is received.
All orders are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for equipment not picked up and/or not utilized by booth personnel at the event. Unclaimed equipment or unused orders are not refundable.
All equipment is to be picked up at ExpoTools' service desk prior to the event unless Customer has paid for in-booth delivery. Customer agrees to return all equipment to ExpoTools' service desk within 1 hour of the show closing and must obtain a printed receipt for the equipment. Equipment left in the exhibit hall area is the responsibility of the customer. Customer agrees to return all equipment to ExpoTools in the same condition as it was received. Equipment returned later than 1 hour after close of show is subject to a late return fee of $125.
Customer agrees to immediate payment, upon request by ExpoTools, for all damages or loss of equipment, except such as may result from normal operation thereof; and Customer acknowledges and understands that the applicable replacement cost is as follows: BC600 reader: $1580; RF600 reader: $1580; AT700 reader: $1895; AT725 reader: $2095; AT750 reader: $2495; CMP10 printer: $500; SideKick unit: $485; AC adapter: $45. Customer authorizes ExpoTools to charge the credit card provided at time of order for the replacement costs as indicated above for either failure to return the equipment or for any damaged equipment.
Customer authorizes ExpoTools to charge the credit card provided late fees of $150 per day, up to a maximum of $1500, for failure to return the equipment, starting 1 hour after the official exhibit hall closing.
By using our services, you agree not to use artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms, or automated tools to copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our website, applications, or services without prior written consent. This includes but is not limited to using AI for lead generation, data mining, or competitive analysis. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.
ExpoTools shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the loss of data or information as related to ExpoTools' equipment. ExpoTools does not guarantee and shall not be held liable should the customer not achieve overall success at the Event with respect to the expected revenue, expected number of leads, booth traffic, return on investment, profits or attendance. ExpoTools' liability for damage of any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the total price for the goods and services provided by ExpoTools.
Customer understands and agrees that ExpoTools is not in charge of registration services or attendee badge production and as such cannot guarantee the quality or completeness of the information provided and cannot be held liable for errors or omissions related to said information or defects in print quality or data encoding.
ExpoTools shall maintain copies of the data collected for a minimum of one year, after which the data is subject to periodic archiving, analysis or deletion at ExpoTools discretion. ExpoTools may, at its discretion, review or use for its own purposes information collected through the use of ExpoTools products including but not limited to frequency of use, time of use, record information and details.
In the case of any cause or events including, but not limited to, strikes, electrical power failure, civil unrest, fires, floods, epidemics, lockouts, accidents and occurrences beyond the control of ExpoTools resulting in the cancellation or postponement of the Event, the obligations of ExpoTools for services not yet rendered shall become automatically terminated and ExpoTools shall be entitled to retain all payments already received.
Our services are intended for use by individuals 18 years and older. By using our website or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
We strive to maintain continuous availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice when possible.
